Small Group PT

Small Group PT combines the structure of personal training with the motivation of a group setting. You will train in a small group environment where your coach can give individual feedback, adjust movements to suit your level, and help you progress safely. It is ideal if you want more attention than a large class but still enjoy the energy of training alongside others.
