Small Group PT

Small Group PT combines the structure of personal training with the motivation of a group setting. You will train in a small group environment where your coach can give individual feedback, adjust movements to suit your level, and help you progress safely. It is ideal if you want more attention than a large class but still enjoy the energy of training alongside others.

Pilates

Our Pilates sessions focus on controlled movement, core stability, and improved alignment. You will build strength through precision and balance, helping you move better in both training and everyday life. Pilates complements strength and conditioning by improving posture, mobility, and muscular control in a low impact format.

Functional Fitness

Functional Fitness sessions combine strength training and conditioning to develop all-round fitness. You will lift, move, and challenge your endurance in workouts that are coached, adaptable, and designed to improve real-world strength. Every class is structured to help you progress steadily while keeping training engaging and enjoyable.

HYROX Training Club

HYROX Training Club is built for those who enjoy structured, measurable training. Sessions combine running, strength work, and functional movements in a format that develops stamina and resilience. Whether you are preparing for an event or simply love high-energy training, you will build performance in a supportive and motivating environment.

Mobility Flow

Mobility Flow focuses on improving flexibility, joint health, and movement quality. Sessions blend stretching, controlled movement, and recovery work to help you feel looser and more balanced. This program supports everything else you do in the gym, helping reduce stiffness and keeping your body ready for consistent training.

Viva is such a friendly and supportive gym where you are continually encouraged to push yourself without judgement. The trainers are excellent and so encouraging, whether you’re new to the gym or have been training elsewhere. The sessions are organised for a maximum of 6 people with mix of strength training and cardio. There is plenty of variety in the training plan to keep you improving, it's challenging and fun. Everyone is really welcoming and there’s regular social activities away from the gym to get involved in too.
